First check that the power adapter is properly plugged in and can output 2 A. Then switch off the MagHealy and charger completely. Remove the MagHealy from the charger, wait 20 seconds, and place it back in the center. Note: At high room temperature, charging takes longer. From 99% battery display, battery care is performed (up to 1 hour) – but the MagHealy can already be used!
