If you know Healy or are just starting to explore it, you've probably noticed: there are a lot of programmes. Over 100 of them, spread across different areas of life. And that's exactly where the question begins: Which ones actually suit me?
The answer isn't as complicated as it sounds. Because behind all those programmes, there's a logic – and it has everything to do with you. With your nervous system, your current themes, and what you need right now.
The 4 Healy Types – An Orientation
I've been working with people who use Healy or want to start for years. In doing so, I've observed four fundamental patterns that describe how people experience frequency technology and what they expect from it:
| Type | Core Theme | Typical Statement | |------|------------|-------------------| | Energy Type | Vitality & Activation | "I want more energy for my daily life." | | Balance Type | Harmony & Equilibrium | "I'm looking for inner balance and calm." | | Stress Type | Relaxation & Regulation | "My nervous system is constantly on high alert." | | Transformation Type | Depth & Growth | "I want to develop on all levels." |
No type is better or worse than another. It's not about fitting into a box – it's about finding a starting point that suits you.
Why a Type Test Makes Sense
Healy is a tool. And like any tool, it only realises its potential when you know how you want to use it. Someone who just starts randomly and picks any programme might experience something – but someone who starts with intention finds a rhythm that feels right much faster.
The type test helps you find this orientation. It's not a scientific personality test and not a diagnosis – it's an invitation to self-awareness. You answer a few questions about yourself, your current themes, and your expectations
