Frequency Technology & the Nervous System: Why Information Instead of Force Is the Key

As an engineer, I learned to understand systems. And as a mentor, I've learned that the most important system we need to understand is our own nervous system. Frequency technology – especially the Healy – connects both worlds in a way that still fascinates me every day.

What Does "Information Instead of Force" Mean?

Classical approaches to health and wellbeing often work with force: suppress symptoms, override the body, push through. Frequency technology takes a fundamentally different path. It works with information – gentle, individualised signals that the body can use or ignore.
