From the silent engineer to mentor for frequency technology – a journey between technology and heart.
From Silence to Voice
As a child, I stopped speaking. Not out of defiance, but because my voice could no longer find space. My parents' separation when I was three years old shook my inner sense of security so deeply that I fell silent. In the second half of first grade, I only spoke when a maximum of two people were present. With more people or unfamiliar faces: complete muteness. This selective mutism persisted throughout my entire school years. It wasn't just shyness or introversion – it was a complete shutdown of my ability to express myself in social situations. Teachers were concerned, classmates didn't understand, and I felt trapped in my own silence.
**Today I stand here, speak, accompany, lead – and am visible.** This transformation is not only my personal journey, but the core of what I can pass on to you: Development is possible. Deep change is real. And you are not alone. The path from silence to voice taught me that healing is not linear, that growth happens in layers, and that our nervous system holds the key to transformation. This is why I work with frequency technology today – because I understand what it means to be stuck, and I know the power of gentle, nervous system-compatible approaches to change.
Between Heaven and Earth
Growing up directly on the Flensburg Fjord, water was always more than just an element to me. It was clarity. Peace. Letting go. New beginnings. To this day, water is my absolute haven of peace. The constant rhythm of the waves, the vastness of the horizon, the way water reflects light and emotion – all of this shaped my understanding of flow, change, and the importance of returning to center. Water taught me that stillness and movement can coexist, that depth doesn't require noise, and that clarity comes from allowing things to settle naturally.
As a child, I dreamed of becoming a pilot. **Flying meant freedom to me: Up there was no one. No expectations. No pressure. No external control.** Later I took a different path, but I remained true to aviation: Training as an aircraft mechanic in the German Armed Forces, later studying mechanical engineering with a focus on aerospace technology at Bremen University of Applied Sciences. This technical foundation gave me more than just knowledge – it taught me precision, systems thinking, responsibility under pressure, and the ability to understand complex interconnections. These skills now form the backbone of how I approach frequency technology and nervous system work.

In parallel, I delved deep into coaching, inner process work, NLP, Access Consciousness, Human Design – the world of inner processes, energy, frequencies.
And that's exactly where my actual core competence lies: I am the bridge.
Between technology and spirituality. Between structure and feeling. Between rational thinking and inner knowing. Between heaven and earth.
Healy: Where Technology and Heart Meet
In 2016, I had my first experiences in network marketing. But it wasn't until 2021, when I joined Healy World, that I found my **heart business** – the place where **technology and spirituality** finally unite. Structure and energy. Measurability and intuition. Everything I carry within me has its place here. For the first time in my professional life, I didn't have to choose between my technical expertise and my intuitive, consciousness-oriented side. Healy frequency technology became the perfect synthesis of everything I had learned: the precision of engineering, the depth of coaching work, and the understanding of nervous system regulation.
Today I am Senior Director at Healy World and work internationally – with a focus on Germany, Europe, but also Mexico and India. My main area of activity is **Hamburg, Schleswig-Holstein and Northern Germany**, but I also offer online consultations throughout Germany and internationally. Frequency technology is my heart business because it is the bridge that I myself am. I work with individuals who are ready to explore how technology and consciousness can support their personal growth, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. Whether you're new to frequency technology or looking to deepen your understanding, I accompany you with both technical knowledge and human warmth.
My Philosophy
Work from Choice, Not from Pressure to Prove
I only work what feels right for my health. My competence remains, it is just used mindfully and nervous system-compatible. I work out of joy and conviction, not out of compulsion. That makes the difference – for me and for you.
Money = Freedom, Not Status
Money is no longer a symbol of performance or status for me. Money stands for freedom, possibilities, security, and quality of life. Financial prosperity means above all: inner peace.
